Not Feeling Well?
Call 573-882-7481 to schedule a same- or next-day appointment at the Student Health Center. The Symptom Checker is an excellent resource to figure out if it’s a cold, the flu or something else.
If you have an urgent need, call the 24/7 nurse line (573-882-7481) for advice about how to care for an illness or injury at home or how soon you should see a health care provider. In an emergency, always call 911.
Medical Care

Cold and Flu
Annual flu shots are available beginning in October. Find the date of the clinic nearest you. Your student health fee covers the cost of the annual flu shot.

Allergy Injections
The Student Health Center administers allergy injections to students who have been tested by an allergy specialist. You must request your allergist to send your antigen and personalized protocol orders.

Chronic Medical Conditions
Our goal is to maintain continuity of health care whenever possible, especially for chronic medical conditions, and provide a seamless transition of care.

Travel Abroad
Are you planning to travel internationally? Make an appointment with us for travel education, immunizations, medications, and pre- and post-travel health exams necessary for worldwide destinations.
Medical Care Appointments
To avoid a wait, we ask that you to call ahead for an appointment. Same-day appointments are almost always available. Please call 573-882-7481 to schedule an appointment.
