Choose Well-Being Coaching

Struggling with sleep or stress? Want support while you form better physical movement habits? Need to prioritize personal values or lessen substance use? Well-Being Coaching may be able to help. Our trained staff will co-create a plan with you to help identify steps you can take to achieve your goals.

By your side

Well-Being Coaching is a non-clinical service offered in multiple sessions, with the initial being 60-minutes and follow-ups being 25-30 minutes (we know you’re busy!)

You will co-create a plan with your coach to help:

  • Get the quality sleep you need.
  • Learn to manage your stress.
  • Hit your physical movement goals.
  • Define personal values through life coaching.
  • Address alcohol or cannabis use.
  • Reduce use or stop use of nicotine and/or tobacco products.

We recognize change doesn’t happen overnight and we are committed to walking the path of change with you.
