Well-Being Coaching

Well-Being Coaching is a non-clinical service offered in multiple sessions, with the initial being 60-minutes and follow-ups being 25-30 minutes (we know you’re busy!)
You will co-create a plan with your coach to help:
- Get the quality sleep you need.
- Learn to manage your stress.
- Hit your physical movement goals.
- Define personal values through life coaching.
- Address alcohol or cannabis use.
- Reduce or stop use of nicotine and/or tobacco products.
We recognize change doesn’t happen overnight and we are committed to walking the path of change with you.

Step 2: Once logged in, search Well-Being Coaching and schedule a free appointment.
