Well-being peers are trained to provide education and outreach that supports the well-being of other students. Topics include managing stress, sexual health, healthy relationships and substance use.
Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP)
The Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP) is a harm-reduction initiative designed to help college students make informed decisions about alcohol use. Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, ASTP aims to reduce risky drinking behaviors and promote safer, more responsible alcohol consumption.
Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation sessions, led by a certified instructor, provide a calming space to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness and promote emotional well-being. Open to beginners and people with experience.
Cannabis 101
Cannabis 101 is an educational course designed to provide college students with accurate, evidence-based information about cannabis use. The session explores topics such as effects on the brain and body, legal considerations, and harm-reduction strategies to support informed and responsible decision-making.
Sexual Health Presentations
Sexual health presentations provide affirming, accurate, and age-appropriate information to support informed decision-making and healthy relationships. Topics may include consent, contraception, STI prevention, communication skills, and accessing campus or community resources.
Opioid Overdose Prevention & Response
The Opioid Overdose Prevention & Response presentation equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses effectively. The session covers risk factors, signs of overdose, and the proper use of naloxone (Narcan), empowering individuals to take action in emergency situations.
