Between classes, deadlines, spending time with those important to you, work schedules and trying to stay healthy, it’s easy to feel off balance. Maybe you’re not sleeping well, feeling stressed, wanting to cut back on nicotine, alcohol, or cannabis- or you’re just trying to get your actions back in alignment with your goals and values. That’s where Well-Being Coaching comes in.

Once logged in, search Well-Being Coaching and schedule a free appointment.
By Your Side
Well-Being Coaching is a non-clinical service offered in multiple sessions, with the initial being 60-minutes and follow-ups being 25-30 minutes (we know you’re busy.)
You will co-create a plan with your certified coach to help:
- Get the quality sleep you need by changing your habits or environment.
- Learn skills to manage your responses to stress.
- Hit your physical movement goals.
- Define personal values through life coaching and take the next steps.
- Address your alcohol or cannabis use.
- Reduce or stop use of nicotine and/or tobacco products, with optional access to Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
Change doesn’t happen overnight. This is your opportunity to slow down, walk through issues with a trained professional and make realistic changes that work for you.
